Central House A42

Central House is an expression of an innovative approach to housing on the Polish market and the first project to be implemented under the New Quality Policy. In the heart of Mokotow’s business district, a well-thought-out project will be created using high-quality building materials and environmentally-friendly solutions that will be introduced as standard, such as electric vehicle and bicycle rentals for the exclusive use of residents, air purifiers in each apartment, solar panels, car charging points, etc. Care has also been taken to provide space for recreation, so for the comfort of future customers, a resident’s unit with meeting space, fitness center and sauna has been designed, as well as an internal green patio in two versions (for children and adults) and a public terrace of about 220 m2 on the roof of the building. The convenience of living in CENTRAL HOUSE will also be created by the surrounding stores, restaurants and small service points that are part of the perfectly functioning urban infrastructure of Mokotow.
