The architecture of Mokotów Studios embodies modernist structures inspired by the urban fabric characteristic of upper Mokotów. The use of spatial forms on the facade, coupled with original and distinctive artistic graphics, imparts a unique expression and character to the complex. Comprising four eight-story buildings with light-colored facades, the project incorporates contemporary architectural solutions. What sets the investment apart is the thoughtfully designed communal space for residents, featuring spacious and elegant lobbies, an underground garage, a green courtyard with walkways, and small architectural elements. Additionally, ground-floor spaces house commercial units, expanding the range of amenities available within the complex.
